PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION
Scudit can assist enrolled students who are looking for accommodation in Rome by recommending hotels and B&Bs offering the best value for money.
Subject to availability, we can also put students in touch with the owners of private apartments where single or double rooms are available during their stay in Rome. These apartments are usually shared either with the owners themselves or with other students.
The apartments we recommend have been known to us for many years and are regularly used by Scudit students.
PLEASE NOTE
The availability of rooms in private apartments is limited and cannot be guaranteed, especially during the busiest periods of the year.
For this reason, the prices shown below are only indicative and may vary according to market conditions as well as the quality of the accommodation.
PRICES FOR ROOMS IN PRIVATE APARTMENTS
Shared bathroom and kitchen
Room prices have become much more variable in recent years.
In most cases, staying in a private apartment is less expensive than booking a B&B.
For a single room, prices generally range from €30 to €50 per night, depending on the length of stay and the apartment itself.
For a double room, prices usually range from €25 to €45 per person per night.
These prices include all normal expenses, with the possible exception of air conditioning, which is not available in every apartment and, where available, may involve an additional charge because of the high cost of electricity.
Students interested in private accommodation are welcome to contact the school office. We will send information about the apartments currently available.
Please note that double rooms are reserved for students travelling together. We do not match students who do not already know each other.
