SCHOOL TRIPS
PROGRAMME
This programme is designed for groups of primary, middle and secondary school students who have the opportunity to spend a few days in Rome with their teachers.
Scudit takes care of:
-
Italian language lessons, specially designed to help students become more confident in speaking through the unique experience of learning Italian where it is actually spoken.
-
The organisation of cultural and social activities (if requested), including guided tours and cultural workshops.

Even the youngest students
We are quite used to working with younger learners.
In fact, the biggest challenges are usually handled by the teachers who accompany them. We are left with the most enjoyable part: helping students discover that learning Italian in Rome can be both effective and enjoyable.

Around the city
Whether your students are children, teenagers or adults, Rome offers an extraordinary variety of cultural experiences.
This makes it easy to design activities that suit every age group and every level of curiosity.

Teenagers
Teaching teenagers? Teaching teenagers? We're quite used to it.
They often arrive a little worried at the idea of being "back at school". Fortunately, it doesn't usually take long before they realise that spending one week learning Italian in Rome is quite different from an ordinary week in the classroom.

Ice cream is compulsory
If students on a school trip don't feel like doing homework during their few days in Rome... well, who could blame them?
But if they don't feel like having an ice cream with us, then we may have a serious problem!

Our approach
We certainly don't claim to "teach you Italian in five days", as some online platforms promise.
What we do hope is that, through activities carefully designed for each age group, students will discover that Italian is a language to enjoy rather than to fear.
And if, years later, they decide to come back to Rome and study with us again... we'll be delighted.

For Former Teenagers
If you happen to have official proof that you are no longer a teenager, and you're planning to come to Rome with a group of friends or classmates from an Italian course abroad... who are we to stop you from organising your own "school trip"?
Just get in touch with the Scudit office.
We promise nobody will ask your age.
